You've read through all the information on this site (including the purchase contract!) and have decided to submit an application for a future puppy. Congratulations! We are excited to work with you to find the best possible fit for your family. Please complete the puppy application in full and we will be in touch as soon as possible.

Please note that there is no deposit required with your application. Once it is approved you will be placed on our waiting list and notified when a litter is expected and / or born. When the puppies are approximately two weeks old, I will begin contacting people on the wait list in the order their application was received. Should you wish to reserve a puppy from that litter, a deposit will be due at that time. Please note you are not reserving a specific puppy as puppy placements are not determined until several weeks later.
